The apartment was very cozy and had a homely feel. We loved the comfortable living room and bedroom. The kitchenette was fully equipped with a fridge and coffee machine, making it easy for us to prepare our meals. The balcony with city views was a great addition, providing a picturesque spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The provided bed linen and towels were clean and of good quality. We enjoyed watching our favorite shows on the flat-screen TV during our downtime. The apartment's air conditioning was a blessing, especially during the hot summer days.
Personally, we found the shower in the bathroom a bit small. Others may still find it perfectly adequate.

I had a comfortable stay at this lovely apartment. It , with all the amenities I needed, including a washing machine. Despite the small bed, I had a great night's sleep. The location in the charming El Carmen district was fantastic, close to quiet squares and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The owner was also very communicative and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this apartment for a week-long stay in Valencia.

Lovely to sit on the balcony. Fantastic location near bars and restaurants. Easy access to public transport. Excellent base to explore the old part of the city. Washing machine was a bonus.
Felt very special, no reason to complain.

For the price we paid, L'Arbre was a steal! The room was clean, well-equipped, and had three lovely balconies. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, great to drop off our bags early and providing flexible check-out options.
The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, maybe adding a few more options to choose from.
